AI Spot Summary

The dishes are very creative, mainly based on vegetables, with almost no processed products. The dry pot cauliflower, stinky tofu, handmade noodles, and Brittany cheese spinach gnocchi are especially recommended. The yogurt is a highlight, and they offer tasting services. Overall, the flavor is good, but the prices are on the high side.

The restaurant atmosphere is nice, but there is a time limit of 90 minutes for dining, and due to the restaurant's popularity, reservations are required in advance.

In terms of service, providing yogurt and ice cream tastings shows thoughtfulness and consideration.

For those who enjoy vegetarian food, this is a must-try! The dishes are very creative, mostly based on vegetables with almost no processed ingredients, yet they do not feel boring or tasteless. Almost every dish is delicious 😋. Every time I have vegetarian friends gathering for a meal, I will choose this place, but it's very popular and needs to be booked well in advance, otherwise, there are often no seats available.

Additionally, the dining time is limited to 90 minutes from the reservation time, which is quite short. So if you want more time to chat, this might not be suitable, otherwise, you will need to go to another place to continue.

Before the meals arrive, the restaurant gives each person a spoonful of yogurt to try, and this yogurt is delicious, though more expensive than usual.

My favorite dishes include dry pot cauliflower and stinky tofu handmade noodles; it's especially recommended for those who love spicy food. It's a very flavorful dish, with plenty of large cauliflower pieces that are very satisfying to eat. The stinky tofu here is not as pungent as those found elsewhere, more like regular tofu.

This time I tried the Buratta cheese spinach gnocchi, which was very unique yet tasty. The gnocchi is different from the Chinese type, with a chewy texture that is not too thick or hard. The spinach sauce is perfectly seasoned, paired well with the rich cheese.

The seasonal vegetable pesto fettuccine was also well-flavored, with plenty of vegetables including mushrooms, baby corn, cauliflower, and bell peppers.

We ordered Buratta cheese pizza, and before eating, you should cut the cheese to distribute it. The pizza has a thin crust and includes sesame leaves; cheese lovers will definitely enjoy it.

You can order soups separately or as part of a set meal. This time, we ordered a porcini and sherry soup, which was very rich and a little salty.

We also ordered yogurt ice cream as part of the set, choosing the Tieguanyin flavor. You can first go to the counter to try different flavors before deciding, which is a very thoughtful service.

Overall, there were no bad dishes, but the prices are not cheap.
