I believe most of you have eaten Jinxian Shrimp Roll Rice. The style of each restaurant is different (they should all be franchise stores). There is also a restaurant near my hometown that always has a long queue before meal time!

But the one I found today is different from the others. It may be located in a department store. It has bright decoration all day long and a high-end feel, but it lacks a bit of a family atmosphere. Of course, the price is not so affordable.

"Chicken Leg Rice" $198

When it comes to Jinxian, the two biggest impressions you have should be the pork rice and shrimp rolls, followed by the pork ribs. No one should order chicken drumsticks every time they come 😂 I was a little flinched when I saw the unit price of 198, but it includes blanched vegetables, Three kinds of side dishes, plus it's in a department store, it's understandable.

The Lu Pork Rice is really a classic of Jinxian. You can see the soft and tender pieces of Lu Pork, and it completely melts when you put it in your mouth! Even if I only order this bowl, I will still be very happy!

I'm also very satisfied with the chicken legs. Although the skin is thin, the outside is crispy and not greasy. The chicken juice is locked inside and melts when you bite it. If it wasn't too expensive, I would order it every time I come here 😂
