The restaurant's crispy fried A5 Wagyu beef and beef set meal is quite popular. The flavor of the beef after being fried is good, but the original flavor of the beef is even more favored. Overall, it has a high cost-performance ratio, and the quality is satisfying.
The service provided by the waitstaff is accurate and swift. Although a reservation is required, the dining experience is smooth and enjoyable, and the staff are professional in guiding guests to their seats.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant on the map and discovered that it’s easier to get a table if you make a reservation. This piqued my curiosity, and fortunately, the online reservation system was very easy to use, so I booked a table for the next day! Arriving early doesn’t help much; you need to wait at the entrance at the scheduled time to be seated by the staff!
We ordered two beef sets.
❤️ Crispy Fried Wagyu Beef 🐮
This is said to be the restaurant's signature dish. First, the outer layer of the beef is slightly deep-fried, and then each table has a small grill where you can cook the meat according to your preference. If you like it a bit rare, you can grill it just a little and take it off; some people even eat it raw. However, I still felt it was a bit too rare for my taste. A slight grilling brings out a better flavor, allowing you to enjoy the beef's 🥩 richness and sweetness!
❤️
We also ordered their beef set, where you can decide the portion of the beef. If you need more rice 🍚 or salad 🥗, you can always order more from them. Personally, I prefer the beef set over their signature dish because I find the outer crispy layer a bit too oily, whereas the original beef flavor is more tender!
Overall, I think this restaurant offers great value for money, with good quality food that can fill you up! Plus, the service from the staff was excellent and very prompt, making it a place I would definitely consider revisiting!
