The garlic-flavored bean curd skin has a rich garlic taste, absorbs the soup, and is sufficiently portioned, making it suitable for garlic lovers who enjoy strong flavors.
The stall is located within the night market, with a simple environment and benches available for waiting, making it suitable for a quick taste while strolling through the night market.
The production time needs to be waited for, the store accepts phone orders, and the service is friendly and patient in informing about the waiting time.
The Spring Garlic Bean Curd is located in the Lingya/Ziqiang Night Market in Kaohsiung City, on Lingya Second Road. The store is situated in a corridor with a few small dine-in seats, but most customers opt for takeout. There isn't a visible queue outside, but business is quite good as the ingredients are prepared only after an order is placed, which requires a longer waiting time. The owner has announced that customers can also place orders by phone for pick-up later. It seems that Line Pay was once accepted, but there is no signage on-site, so I paid in cash today.
After ordering, I wandered around other stalls in the night market and waited about 20 minutes to pick up my meal. There are benches available next to the stall for waiting customers.
Today I ordered the Garlic Bean Curd for $70, and the amount of garlic used is astonishing; the whole bowl is filled with minced garlic. Personally, I’m not a fan of garlic, so I only had a few bites, but my family loves garlic, and the thin bean curd absorbs the rich garlic-flavored broth really well. The portion is quite large and very satisfying! However, I only ordered the bean curd this time; next time I want to order the Garlic Platter, which includes five different ingredients. I recommend it to garlic lovers and those who enjoy bold flavors! (Just remember to brush your teeth afterward, please! 🤣)
