The Xu Ji Sheng Pan-fried Buns at the Normal University Night Market is located next to the famous store Shiyuan. It is one of the few delicacies in the entire night market that often requires queuing! Two big pots take turns to bake a lot of pan-fried buns, and everyone buys them one by one.
