The sweetness of coconut milk is moderate, and its texture is thicker than regular coconut water, with a slight milky aroma. Overall, the quality is satisfying.
While wandering around the Yongda Night Market, I came across a very straightforward stall with no name. The sign simply read "Coconut Milk" in big letters, which conveyed a clear attitude of "no need to say more, this is what we sell." Since the weather was a bit stuffy, I thought I’d give it a try and bought a cup to drink.
It wasn't overly sweet, as some coconut milks have a ton of sugar and taste like drinking syrup; this one had a more balanced sweetness. In terms of texture, it's a bit thicker than regular coconut water, with a hint of creaminess, but not too heavy.
The price wasn’t expensive, and considering the quality you get for a night market price, it’s quite acceptable and doesn’t make you feel cheated. Overall, it’s just an ordinary but decent coconut milk; it's drinkable!
