For items like pizza, even if they are made with "healthy methods," the calories and price still make me hesitant. After all, no matter how healthy a pizza is, the crust and cheese are still calorie bombs, and for someone who needs to carefully manage their intake, I really hesitate to try it.

This time, I chose their new spicy chicken breast meal box. Honestly, I really liked this dish. The chicken breast was well-prepared, not dry, and the sauce was mildly spicy without being overly salty, plus it had a refreshing aroma, which is a rare taste enjoyment during the fat loss period. What's even better is that they provided a substantial portion of vegetables that were diverse and colorful, making me feel full while also feeling balanced nutritionally, which is a big plus.
