To celebrate Valentine's Day, I came to have something better and chose this restaurant which felt very good.
The atmosphere in the store is very good. I rarely eat in restaurants like this. I think it's a bit dark, but the candlelight is really romantic.

Both of them ordered the 1680 set meal. When my partner made the reservation, he booked Rossini in advance. The cost is the set price plus 1280 yuan.

The bread before the meal is quite delicious, and the sauces it comes with are foie gras, Mediterranean tapenade and herb ricotta sauce.
The clerk thoughtfully asked me if there was anything I didn't want to eat. I didn't want to eat offal, so he offered me a regular cream spread.

I'm only commenting on the part where I ate. The tapenade was good, but a bit salty. I don't know if the order of eating it matters. If you eat the tapenade first and then the Ricotta sauce, you won't be able to eat it.

For the soup and salad, I chose the ham and hazelnut oil salad. They also thoughtfully asked if there were any ingredients that I didn’t want to eat. If I don’t like fruit, I asked them to remove the apples. I personally really like this part of the service! ! !
I think this salad tastes better without apples (laughs)
The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and overall it was a good salad, but it also felt a bit salty.

As an appetizer, choose pan-fried scallops. Cream and scallops are a dish that you can’t go wrong with. It’s super delicious! ! !

The main course was pork shoulder braised in apple cider. To be honest, the appearance of the main course didn’t look that mouth-watering, but after tasting it, it was unexpectedly very delicious! ! !
But it’s a pity that I didn’t ask about the ingredients I don’t want to eat in this dish. There is annoying carrot in it😫
But I still tried to eat it, and surprisingly it didn't taste like carrots.
The pork part is very soft and tender, and the apple is sour and crispy, which is very refreshing.

For dessert, I chose the royal chocolate cake, which was a bit different than expected. I can’t say I liked it.

This is my impression of the food. Although it is quite delicious, at this price, I might want to eat Jinghua Robins😅
