The staff are friendly and maintain a clean store, making customers feel comfortable. The boss greets warmly, creating a sense of approachability.
However, the shop is small, with not many seats for dining in, around ten or so, so I recommend coming to eat right when they open! Of course, I also saw quite a few takeout customers.
Actually, I came for this bowl because I am a super fan of pig intestine 🤌🏻

The noodles are very chewy and thick; don’t let the size of the bowl fool you—after eating for over ten minutes, it still feels like the portion hasn’t decreased, and my stomach is quite full 🤣 The value for the large bowl is really high, and it’s super filling!
The fat intestines have no bad smell, and they are marinated sufficiently to be flavorful—but the portion is a bit too much, making me feel overwhelmed by the end (it’s the kind of food that makes you nostalgic if you haven’t had it for a while).

The beef noodle shop located in Erling Market in Xiaogang has top-notch value for money and the taste is far above the pass mark. It is one of my favorite shops that I often go to.
