我一輩子愛麵食⋯🥹分享這家小港小有名氣的麵食餐廳,在小港捷運站附近騎車三分鐘、走路十分鐘的距離 店面沒有到很明顯,外觀看起來是平平無奇的麵店 但一走進去是老闆熱情的招呼、歡迎 感受到滿滿的親和力😻 - 不過店面小小的,內用座位不多,約莫十個上下,推薦一開店就來用餐~當然也看到不少的外帶人潮 其實我是為了這碗而來的,因為我是超級大腸控🤌🏻 這碗讓我隔著螢幕看都快要流口水🤤 肥腸麵(大) $105 ·我選擇的是寬麵,麵本身有椒麻香氣,但因為我喜歡吃辣所以有再請老闆增加辣度(自助區也有一些醬料可添加) 麵體很Q彈而且有厚度,別看這樣一碗,吃了十幾分鐘但感覺份量沒變少,肚子倒是蠻飽的🤣大碗的cp值很高而且超級有飽足感! 肥腸沒有臭味而且滷的足夠入味~但份量太多吃到最後還是偏溺(算是隔一段時間沒吃會想念的食物) 滷味 $30 ·挑了豆乾/米血 口感跟味道都有在水平之上,簡單加點醬油膏就很美味了

位於小港二苓市場的牛肉麵店,CP值頂天,味道也遠在及格線之上,是我常去的愛店之一。環境: 就是傳統麵店格局,但老闆和老闆娘很愛乾淨,完全沒有碗盤堆積、桌子沒擦的情況,這種老式木頭桌完全不會黏,老闆人很好,憨厚老實,看到他們夫妻小吵架不用擔心,馬上就和好了。 餐點: 1.牛肉乾拌麵(全加、拉麵) 100 本店的麵體有四種可選(請參考菜單),我最愛的是拉麵,Q彈有勁,又不像細麵會吸滿湯汁負擔太大,跟牛腩滷汁、酸菜、手炒辣椒拌在一起,光麵就很好吃了,更別提上面的牛四寶(牛腩、牛腱、牛筋、牛肚)每一樣都滷的入味軟嫩,還只賣100加麵不用錢,只能說太爽啦 2.燙青菜(地瓜葉) 30 我點乾麵的話都會跟店家說燙青菜不用滷汁,拌進麵裡吃就很有味道,很乾淨的地瓜葉,應該是老闆每天早上在旁邊市場買的,都沒有爛或黑的地方,份量也超大,大約是其他店家1.5倍以上的量 3.小菜(豆干、海帶、黑輪片) 滷的很剛好,完全不會過老過硬的滷味,但本身滷味很淡,把醬油膏和手炒辣椒與蔥花拌在一起沾著吃,非常的香辣美味,其實主要是歸功於他們的辣椒真的炒得很好XD

This place is a brightly lit shop we passed by often and finally decided to give it a try. It's not the best beef noodle soup but it's pretty decent, the beef is tender and soup base is satisfying. The noodles were a bit grainy but still okay. They have free drinks: soybean milk (sweetened) and black tea (sweetened) which are okay as well. It's a fairly popular place: when we left there were many waiting to be seated. In general we left satisfied.

用餐空間餐廳支援多種支付方式,付款非常方便。 店內提供免費紅茶喝到飽,午餐時間客人較多。 紅茶的甜度剛剛好,不像一般市售的紅茶那麼甜,十分解渴。 店內還販售多樣的小菜,並提供醬料和酸菜供客人自助取用。 餐點 紅燒牛肉麵 紅燒牛肉麵的湯頭非常棒,味道濃郁但不會過於油膩,讓人感到十分爽口。 麵條屬於台式拉麵,口感較為耐嚼,麵體也較粗,這種麵條特別受到人們的喜愛,我個人也非常喜歡。 許多牛肉麵店都使用這種台式拉麵。 牛肉部分也很不錯,軟嫩可口,並且不是使用常見的牛腱心,口感更為豐富,肉味也較重。 整體來說,這碗紅燒牛肉麵無論是湯頭還是麵條、牛肉,都讓人不錯,價格在低一點會更好。

IG上有名的預約制私廚牛肉麵非常難訂,朋友相約並負責訂位,一等等了三個月! 這樣的營運模式⋯期待值真的拉滿 沒想到真的是完完全全的私人公寓二樓,在人家家餐廳吃飯,有貓、也有家人同住,一張長方形餐桌座位剛好坐6人。 等待老楊上菜的過程,欣賞著老闆家的裝潢擺設佈置,滿滿的藏書、唱片、香氛,放著輕鬆的爵士樂,瀰漫牛肉湯的味道飄出來⋯感覺得到老闆是個有品味、有堅持的中年男人⋯應該吧? 牛肉麵是很清澈的大骨清燉湯頭,牛肉應該是牛肋條吧早就被燉到舌頭一碰就要化開,有蔥花跟生蒜片增加一些香味,很暖很爽沒啥負擔,就這樣埋頭吃光喝光,麵條偏軟Q(若能提供更多麵條選項應該更好,我個人感覺超適合配一點嚼勁的扁麵) 值得一提是兩個有限的小菜,帶點胡麻香的韓式泡菜,帶點花椒油香的高麗菜絲,都讓人覺得蠻精緻用心的~ 獨特氣氛&稀有性帶來的心情舒服感+用心製作又美味的餐點,會期待回訪,也會推薦好友! 有時候店家哀居有零星的座位釋出,可以追蹤起來碰碰運氣!
