However, the shop is small, with not many seats for dining in, around ten or so, so I recommend coming to eat right when they open! Of course, I also saw quite a few takeout customers.
Actually, I came for this bowl because I am a super fan of pig intestine 🤌🏻
This bowl makes me almost drool just looking at it through the screen 🤤
Fat Intestine Noodles (Large) $105
· I chose wide noodles, which have a fragrant peppery aroma, but since I like it spicy, I asked the owner to increase the spiciness (there are also some sauces available in the self-service area).
The noodles are very chewy and thick; don’t let the size of the bowl fool you—after eating for over ten minutes, it still feels like the portion hasn’t decreased, and my stomach is quite full 🤣 The value for the large bowl is really high, and it’s super filling!
The fat intestines have no bad smell, and they are marinated sufficiently to be flavorful—but the portion is a bit too much, making me feel overwhelmed by the end (it’s the kind of food that makes you nostalgic if you haven’t had it for a while).
Braised Delicacies $30
· I chose tofu and rice blood cake.
The texture and flavor are above average; just adding a little soy sauce makes it delicious.
