The dishes are diverse, with a rich and flavorful kimchi potato rib soup, spicy stir-fried rice cakes paired with a chewy cheese texture, Busan seafood pancakes that are crispy and packed with seafood, and Korean steamed egg that is fragrant and tender.
▶Kimchi Potato Rib Soup $1000 (Medium)◀
This is about enough for two people, but if you have a few other dishes, three people can share it comfortably. On top is perilla seed powder, which is a really special spice, and there are a ton of ingredients inside! There's soft and chewy rice cake, flavorful glass noodles, the pork ribs in the broth are rich and have been stewed until ultra tender, and the potatoes are very creamy. Halfway through, you can add aged kimchi, which will make the broth even richer and a bit tangy!
▶Spicy Stir-fried Rice Cake $220 + Cheese $20◀
Their rice cake is quite special; it’s longer and thinner, but since it doesn't get boiled in the potato rib soup, it has a chewier texture. The sauce is on the spicy side and not too sweet~ Adding cheese makes it fantastic!!!
▶Busan Seafood Pancake $350◀
This is really different from what you usually have in Taiwan; it’s a bit thinner, but it's still crispy on top and loaded with seafood, including shrimp and squid! The pancake is thin but has a delightful chewy texture.
▶Korean Steamed Egg $220◀
The fluffy steamed egg is super cute, but if left too long, it will lose its fluffiness xdd. The egg is very tender and has a strong aroma of sesame oil!
▶Sea Grape Juice $60◀
▶Pear Juice $60◀
