The tonkotsu ramen broth is rich and not overly salty, and the chashu is tender. The specially made extra-rich tonkotsu ramen has a slightly stronger flavor, which can make it feel a bit heavy. The chashu rice doesn’t have any particular memorable points.
The overall atmosphere is like a typical food court in a shopping mall, without anything particularly outstanding.
The service from the ordering staff is very good, but they do not proactively inform about the free noodle refill option, and the lemon slices might be overlooked.
🥨 Tonkotsu Ramen NT. 260
The broth is quite rich but not overly salty. The char siu itself is lightly seasoned and has a soft and tender texture.
🥨 Special Extra Rich Tonkotsu Ramen NT. 380
Although the broth is extremely rich, it is not overly salty. The special version comes with a different type of char siu that has a firmer texture, and the seasoning is a bit heavier, making it overall a bit greasier.
🥨 Char Siu Rice NT. 60
A dish that doesn’t leave much of an impression 🥹
Overall, it is already above the ramen standards found in department stores. Although the noodles are thin, they still maintain a good bite, which is a plus for me as someone who enjoys firmer noodles!
After my meal, I saw pictures and heard from others that lemon slices are typically provided, but on the day of my order, I didn’t see any. I'm not sure if it was overlooked or if they are no longer offered 🥲
Service: 5/5
Meals: 3/5
The value for money isn't very high.
700 for two people.
🍜 Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen
Not too strong or too weak, has a noticeable bonito flavor, tastes quite good.
🍜 Special Extra Rich Tonkotsu Ramen
Personally, I think the flavor is too complex.
🍚 Char Siu Rice
It's recommended to eat with soup, otherwise, it’s easy to choke.
If you want to add noodles for free, make sure to request it when ordering.
The staff service is excellent, but unfortunately, they won't proactively inform you.
The meat slices are classic; not bad, but also not amazing.
Overall, it's just average food court quality.
This restaurant is located in the food court on the 5th floor of the North Building of Lalaport. There are no inside seats, so you have to sit in the public area.
My friend recommended Qinmei Restaurant at that time. I heard that Qinmei Restaurant is very crowded during dining time and it is hard to make a reservation. I happened to see that there was a branch in Lalaport and I immediately decided to try this restaurant.
The tonkotsu soup was rich and flavorful, but it was still a bit salty to finish (so I didn't finish it in the end).
Squeezing a little lemon is very fragrant; the onions are very fresh, and the rich tonkotsu soup goes just right without feeling too spicy; the soft-boiled eggs are okay, the taste and fragrance are great; the barbecued pork was originally thought to be very small in two pieces, but one piece is very good It's a big piece, and it's actually quite good after eating it; the best thing is the ramen soup, the noodles are firm and springy, and it's very mouth-watering.
If I want to eat it again, I will come again, but I worry that it will be too greasy if I eat it often (the soup is really too thick, haha).
