This restaurant is located in the food court on the 5th floor of the North Building of Lalaport. There are no inside seats, so you have to sit in the public area.
My friend recommended Qinmei Restaurant at that time. I heard that Qinmei Restaurant is very crowded during dining time and it is hard to make a reservation. I happened to see that there was a branch in Lalaport and I immediately decided to try this restaurant.
The tonkotsu soup was rich and flavorful, but it was still a bit salty to finish (so I didn't finish it in the end).
Squeezing a little lemon is very fragrant; the onions are very fresh, and the rich tonkotsu soup goes just right without feeling too spicy; the soft-boiled eggs are okay, the taste and fragrance are great; the barbecued pork was originally thought to be very small in two pieces, but one piece is very good It's a big piece, and it's actually quite good after eating it; the best thing is the ramen soup, the noodles are firm and springy, and it's very mouth-watering.
If I want to eat it again, I will come again, but I worry that it will be too greasy if I eat it often (the soup is really too thick, haha).
