Although the broth is extremely rich, it is not overly salty. The special version comes with a different type of char siu that has a firmer texture, and the seasoning is a bit heavier, making it overall a bit greasier.

A dish that doesn’t leave much of an impression 🥹

Overall, it is already above the ramen standards found in department stores. Although the noodles are thin, they still maintain a good bite, which is a plus for me as someone who enjoys firmer noodles!
After my meal, I saw pictures and heard from others that lemon slices are typically provided, but on the day of my order, I didn’t see any. I'm not sure if it was overlooked or if they are no longer offered 🥲
