In Taiwan, it's common for any vegetable to be stir-fried, and since I have been living alone and my nutrition has been unbalanced, I was really happy to eat raw vegetables and protein in a balanced way after a long time!

You can choose from bases like pasta and purple rice, as well as vegetables, additional ingredients, toppings, and dressings as you wish! This time, I went with a base of purple rice and lettuce, but personally, I found that the rice didn't really go well with the dressing and the sweetness of the fruit, so next time, I want to choose pasta as my base instead 😂 By the way, the dressing was a mustard-based one with a bit of tanginess. My acquaintance's sesame dressing looked tastier, so I want to try that next time!

I was worried that a salad-based meal wouldn't fill me up, but surprisingly, there was quite a bit of it, and I ended up full! The satisfaction was also plenty✨

I think the charm of this place is how you can arrange various combinations yourself! I keep getting tempted to go back because I can’t decide what I want next 😂 If I feel like I'm lacking in vegetables again, I will definitely rush back!

意外發現的一家健康餐盒碗,食物的量都超級巨大!!我整個吃的很爽!!主打的是各種原型食物,很像是夏威夷 Poke 碗,可以自由配各種配料,也有五穀飯、義大利麵跟生菜可以當附餐。 店內環境很清爽,用餐起來蠻舒服的,不是讓人久坐行的配置,但可以好好的品嚐健康碗,還不錯! 點餐的話直接掃碼點餐,再交給櫃台結帳即可,如果是選輕食碗的話,配料就無法自己選擇,所以點餐前可以先問一下店員喔! 非常推薦他們家的「烤洋芋」,白色馬鈴薯加上迷迭香跟香料下去烤,吃起來香甜開胃,第一推薦的配菜❤️ 再來就是酪梨🥑,他們家的酪梨不是少少的只給幾片,而是給超多!!幾乎半顆酪梨的量都放進來了,這麼高級的水果他們完全沒在客氣,愛吃酪梨的我整個加分加到滿分💯 雞胸肉一份也是超多塊,比起一般的夏威夷碗,這家的雞胸肉我覺得有給到150克的誠意!超級讚的 幾次吃下來發現搭配他們的義大利冷麵最好吃,因為麵條本身也是冷的,不會破壞掉其他食物的溫度,吃起來最搭。生菜也是不錯的選擇,唯獨五穀飯個人覺得比較不愛,畢竟飯是熱的,跟其他冷食比較碰撞。 總體來說這家法式健康碗的店家非常適合當上班族的正餐享用,一方面可以品嘗到各種原型食物的好,也可以吃的很健康無負擔。重點是份量爆多👍👍

蠻特別的健康餐,真的微妙的有法式感😂 跟其他的poke 沙拉碗一樣,一樣可以自由配,也可以點店家配好的套餐!這次是自由配,蛋白質選了微醉檸蝦,口感扎實且調味特別,但檸檬味比想像重,不太合我口味~ 蛋白質還是首推奶油菲力(牛),很嫩且真的有奶油香,沒想到在沙拉碗這類的食物,還能吃到這種有香氣的牛肉,真的蠻推的! 另外配菜選擇非常多,推薦馬鈴薯、櫛瓜、蘑菇等不常見的配料,調味剛好非常好吃~ 主食可以選擇飯、蘿蔓,特別的是還有麵!!😂 是一定會再回訪的沙拉碗系列💜

炎炎夏日,不想吃熱的,挑了這家經過多次但都不曾踏入的夏威夷碗。覺得吃起來還不錯,應該會成為中午定番。 我點的是燻鮭碗,通常夏威夷碗的問題都是份量偏少容易餓,不過這家的份量我覺得可以!醬料跟鮭魚都很新鮮,整體來說適合午餐小吃一下。絕對不會想睡覺!
