"Two Meals" is a Korean-style all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant, and the name directly derives from the concept of "two meals", where you cook the hotpot first and then stir-fry rice. When I first went there, I was a bit confused about the process, but after actually eating there, I found it quite fun, although there were still some small techniques to pay attention to during the process.

Regarding the hotpot, the restaurant clearly states not to add too much water; otherwise, once cooked, it will turn into just a regular hotpot soup, losing the rich flavor of the broth. Personally, I prefer to scoop some vegetables, fish cakes, and boiled eggs for a refreshing balance. I eat less rice cake because I find it a bit heavy, but I noticed that many people at the surrounding tables were enthusiastically adding rice cakes.

Their fried chicken is truly worth mentioning, especially when paired with Korean sauce and dipped in cheese; the overwhelming sense of guilt just spikes up, making it hard to stop. The fried chicken has a crispy outer skin, and the sauce is sweet with a hint of spiciness, which, when combined with cheese, is simply unbeatable.

The final stir-fried rice is the soul of this restaurant, and you must try it! The remaining soup base is mixed with white rice and stir-fried, along with seaweed flakes, sesame, and kimchi, creating a fantastic aroma. However, I’m not sure if it was due to insufficient reduction or the heat being too low, but I didn’t end up with crispy rice; instead, I got somewhat wet fried rice.

Overall, the dining experience at Two Meals was quite fresh, the ingredients were fairly rich, the flavors were good, and the cost-performance ratio was acceptable.
