Located on the third floor of Eslite in Dunhua, there are still many people dining here on weekday afternoons. The waffles are made fresh, so you'll need to wait a bit, but you can watch the chef bake fluffy waffles through the transparent window. The waffles are very soft, and the cream isn't too rich, making it nice to have a bite of waffle with a bit of cream and fruit. Overall, it’s not overly sweet, making it perfect for a relaxing dessert after a tiring shopping trip.

Really nice vibes and almost always crowded. I passed my many times in various locations and was always tempted by the large pictures of their souffle pancake. This one has nice window seats with a nice view and a small wooden ledge which our toddler liked to crawl off and on to look outside.

Food was satisfying, though I didn't actually order the souffle pancake that tempted me all this time, not sure why. Probably will get it next time, as the pancakes we got were good but not at the level where I expect the other pancake to be (we shall see later...). But anyway, still happy to have finally visited this place. Great for satisfying the brunch cravings.
