The food quality at the restaurant is consistent, the soup base is particularly attractive, the snapper fillets and pork are of excellent quality, the vegetables are fresh, and the presentation is thoughtful. The cooked dishes like the pancake and small crispy meat are delicious, with sauces and white rice available for self-service, and drinks come with unlimited refills.
The restaurant has a comfortable environment and exquisite decor, offering large private rooms that are suitable for dining with family and elderly members.
Making a reservation is easy, the service is stable, and it's suitable for multiple visits.
Comments from the person with braces: There is a bathroom
Today I came to eat at this hot pot located at Exit 1 of Fuzhong Station. I have been here a few times, and it has been quite good. The sauces and white rice are self-serve, and there’s peach smoothie available for drinking and refilling. Overall, the dining experience is quite convenient.
This time, we ordered the broth: specialty pickled vegetables & old fire soup, with a per-person charge of 130 TWD, and the yin-yang hot pot is 150 TWD.

Thoughts:
The meats performed quite well; the pork belly paired perfectly with the pickled vegetables, balancing the acidity of the pickles with the fat of the meat. The secret fried pork is delicious on its own and is fried to just the right crispiness. The old fire soup is tasty; cooking the ingredients in it adds flavor without the need for dipping sauce, making it particularly suitable for cooking chicken and fish fillets. The soup base is thick enough without being too bland. The vegetables are also quite fresh, especially the napa cabbage and lettuce, which don’t become overly mushy when cooked. Finally, having a sweet red bean thousand-layer pancake for dessert is quite nice—the outer layer is crispy, and the filling isn’t too sweet, making it suitable to end with hot tea.
In terms of the environment, the indoor lighting is somewhat dim with a palace-style decor, and the spacing between seats is moderate, so it doesn’t feel too crowded. The staff is very friendly and proactive in clearing empty plates, replenishing soup, and assisting with ordering. Overall, the quality of this restaurant is stable, and it provides the expected services. Payments can be made via card and electronic payment, which adds to the convenience.

I won’t introduce each dish in detail, but I really like their food; it’s generally reliable. The sea bream slices and pork quality are quite good, the vegetables are fresh, and I absolutely love their presentation and tableware—it creates a great atmosphere. We ordered two cooked food pancakes and the crispy pork, both of which were quite delicious. This time, we had a companion who doesn’t eat beef, so we didn’t order any. However, the pork in the sauerkraut pot was very good. Sauces and rice are self-serve, and every table has unlimited slushies/hot tea.
Overall, I really like this place. This time, I also dined with some older relatives, and they loved it too. The environment is comfortable, the decor is beautiful, and there is a large table in the private room area on the second floor. I thought the spicy hot pot was also good when I had it before. I've only eaten at this branch, so I don’t know how the others are, but I personally recommend it! 👍
