First time dining here.
The atmosphere and environment in the restaurant are great.
The dining experience is very comfortable.
However, the space in the restaurant is not large.
The staff are very friendly.
They noticed we had bags and brought out a storage basket for us.
The noodles have specific characteristics that you can choose according to your preference.
The salted egg yolk flavor is quite unique; it's oily but not greasy.
The grilled char siu is richly fragrant, and when paired with the sous-vide chicken, it really complements each other well and is delicious.
The milk white sauce ramen is also good, but there is still room for improvement.
The prices in the restaurant are affordable,
making it suitable for students.
Parking is convenient as well,
as there is a parking lot nearby.
This time I came to Qingda University for a haircut.
Dropped by this ramen restaurant.
There is a bar and general seating area inside the store.
The overall seating capacity is quite sufficient (I entered at 7:30 on Friday night, and there happened to be two seats in the counter area).
Different from Japanese ramen, this one is Taiwanese ramen.
For the noodle part, I chose thin noodles this time. Personally, I think they are thin oil noodles. They have good texture and taste and are suitable for Taiwanese tastes.
The soup is also lighter than Japanese ramen and not too salty.
The highlight of the barbecued pork meat has a charcoal grilled aroma, which is integrated into the noodles. Every bite has a faint charcoal grilled aroma, which is very special.
In order to avoid eating the same taste all the time, I ordered another sesame tofu, which can be eaten with ramen to relieve boredom.
As for the price, a bowl of ramen with basic ingredients is about 150 yuan, and the upgraded set menu (side dishes + drinks is an additional 60 yuan). The overall cost is about more than 200 yuan per person to be satisfied.
After searching, I found out that this is a chain store.
The taste is pretty good for Taiwanese ramen. I personally feel that the quantity of some of the ingredients is a bit too small. I would still consider consuming it if I pass by occasionally.
I saw this ramen shop with an interesting name when I was passing by.
Saw their very interesting salted egg flavor
So this time I ordered Jin Shuai Shuai Salted Egg Golden Salad Noodles with Pork and Chicken for $235 and Signature Tang Yang Chicken for $85.
Jin Shuai Shuai Salted Egg Golden Salad Noodles with Pork and Chicken $235
The ramen bowl looks small, but it's actually quite deep.
You can choose the hardness of the noodles by yourself. I think the basic hardness is just right.
The noodle is yellow and its hardness still maintains a chewy texture without being too hard.
The soup part is honestly a bit disappointing.
Maybe it's to match the seasoning of the ramen. The salted egg yolk taste is very thin.
But the soup is delicious, just not what I expected from the name.
The chicken breast is a bit on the burnt side and the seasoning is not particularly good.
The barbecued pork dish is very good. You can see obvious barbecue marks.
The aroma of grilled charcoal and the oily aroma of pork go perfectly together
Overall, except for the chicken breast, it is a delicious bowl of ramen, but it is a little different from the name.
Signature Tang Yang Chicken $85
It uses leg meat, which is very thinly coated with flour and fried very crispy.
The muscles are so juicy that the juice will flow out when you bite into the chicken.
The sauce is a kind of sour white sauce. It should be Japanese mayonnaise and has no sweetness.
There is also some seven-flavor powder
Because the sauce is a bit sour, it can neutralize the greasiness of fried chicken very well.
Although the price is not cheap, it is really good fried chicken.
The dining space of this restaurant is very spacious and comfortable
The price of the meal is a bit expensive, but it is indeed of a high standard.
It’s a store where you can treat yourself on the weekends
