The dishes are very fresh and full of creativity. The chestnut soup is surprisingly good, and the steak is cooked perfectly, tender and delicious. Overall, the meal meets the standard for its price level, but it doesn't reach an exceptionally impressive level.
The table-side service staff introduced things seriously and responded to questions quickly, but the teppanyaki chef felt somewhat mechanized, with less interaction.

Michelin One Star Teppanyaki
A brand from Japan
Super期待 (Super looking forward to it)
But maybe the expectations were too high
I felt that the food's flavors weren't particularly stunning
However, all the dishes were very fresh
You can really feel that you're eating something creative
There are quite a few creative dishes
You can also sense the care in the restaurant's menu arrangement
And the menu is very seasonal
The staff shared that the menu changes every season
The chef at the teppanyaki grill provided a somewhat rigid service and introduction
It felt quite standard, though it wasn't bad
They thoroughly introduced their ingredients and other details
But compared to some chefs I’ve encountered before, there was a little less interaction
I felt that was a bit of a pity
After all, part of the teppanyaki experience is also about the service
However, the servers at the table were very diligent in their introductions
We had some questions, and they answered quickly
Overall, it was still very good
Perhaps there was a division of labor—
What left a particularly deep impression was the soup
A somewhat sweet chestnut cream soup
I initially thought I wouldn't like it
But it surprisingly suited my taste
As for the steak, it was cooked perfectly
Very tender and delicious
Overall, it meets the standards for this price range
But it wasn't particularly stunning
I probably won’t revisit.
