There are three flavors of cold noodles: dark roasted sesame, Japanese spicy oil, and fermented soy milk; they are divided into vegetarian and meat versions. The vegetarian version only has carrots and cucumbers, while the meat version has tender chicken breast and half a soft-boiled egg; if If you are worried that the portion is not enough, you can add $10 to increase the size.

The weather was hot and we wanted something spicy to appetize, so we both chose the Japanese chili oil flavor. One person chose the vegetarian option for $75 more, the other person chose the meat version for $100 more. We also ordered a bowl of vegetable miso soup for $35.

The Japanese spicy oil-flavored cold noodles are seasoned to my liking. They are quite refreshing and not too spicy. The cold noodles are very hard and chewy. The portions of carrots and cucumbers are quite sincere and crispy. Degrees are very good
There are about 6 slices of tender chicken breast, all of which are quite small and tender enough, but one of them seems to have a little blood, so I need to pay more attention to the doneness; the doneness of the soft-boiled eggs is my favorite. The egg yolk is still soft but will not fall apart.

Vegetable Miso Soup
The vegetables are probably onions, carrots, and kelp. The ingredients are not very rich and the portions are not large. The taste is a bit salty and heavy, but I think it tastes good. I will still want to order it next time.
