The decoration style is simple and bright, and the open kitchen is directly next to the meal preparation. Most of the ingredients have been prepared in advance. Most of the vegetables can be blanched on site without the smell of oil smoke.
As soon as 12 noon arrived, I was surrounded by nearby office workers and lined up to order. When ordering, they asked whether to add green onions and spicy, and it was recommended to add both.
The food is delivered quickly. There are about 10 people left before ordering today, but the waiting time is only about 7 or 8 minutes.

I ordered a basic chicken rice with side dishes for $120, which included vegetables, two pieces of fried tofu, half a braised egg and the main dish of boneless chicken.
Basically, it's a light dish. The side dishes and chicken are simply seasoned. Although the fried tofu is tasty, it's not too salty. Therefore, if you want a stronger taste, I recommend adding spicy and green onion paste to increase the flavor level.
However, today's chicken tastes more like a freezer compared to before. I don't know if it has something to do with the two-day holiday due to the typhoon. This is purely a personal guess.

Overall, it's okay. The food in this style of restaurant is not much different. I'll come here if I'm in a hurry or don't want to go too far.

Taipei has recently seen similar decoration styles. Most of the restaurants selling delicious chicken rice are called XX chicken. I don’t know what the relationship is with each other, but the taste and the items sold are similar.
