In the past, Chao Wei always ordered delivery. For delivery, you could only choose from the set meals on the menu.
It was my first time to dine in a store and I realized that you can order food on the spot by taking a small card.
This time I got braised pork belly for $50, braised beef tripe for $50, chicken slices for $40, spicy tofu for $35, lotus root slices for $30, and pot-roasted pasta for $25.
The soup this time is Korean spicy soup.

The quality of the meat itself is good
But I feel that the flavor of the marinade should be quite bland

Much more delicious than Wuhua
You can eat it with the taste of marinade

The texture is full of elasticity without being too chewy.

I even think Korean soup is a bit spicier.

It feels like it's just slightly cooked. It's a crispy lotus root slice.
The cut is very thin, so the blanching time should be shortened.

Pot-roasted pasta $25
I feel like the pot-cooked pasta didn’t cook long enough.
The noodle is a bit hard but still edible.

Overall, the food quality is average.
But judging from the price, it doesn’t look that good.
However, it is worth mentioning that the dining environment is really well created.
