The taste and quality of the meal are very good, with the fried pork ribs being crispy and substantial, and the grilled boneless chicken thigh being tender and flavorful. Paired with the fried rice, it is overall satisfying. However, the portion of fried rice that comes with the main dish is slightly insufficient.
The Taiwanese cuisine located in Ningxia Night Market has quite a crowd during meal times.
This time, I ordered the fried pork chop rice for $120. You can choose between fried rice or a bento (which includes side dishes) for the rice portion. I chose fried rice (which is 200 grams per serving).
The fried rice paired with the fried pork chop was overall pretty good. The fried rice was cooked just right, and the pork chop was very crispy and the meat was quite substantial. Overall, I was satisfied.
The grilled boneless chicken leg rice was $145, and again, I chose fried rice for the rice portion. The grilled chicken leg was handled very well; the sauce was very flavorful, and the chicken leg was tender and very delicious. Paired with the fried rice, overall, I was very satisfied.
However, because the main course meats are all very tasty, pairing them with fried rice makes you feel that there's a bit of a shortage of rice. It would be perfect if the portion of rice could be a little more.
