The meat in the sukiyaki pot is delicious, and the side dishes are soaked in sauce. The miso soup can have additional ingredients added freely, especially the unlimited supply of Hokkaido milk ice cream, which has an excellent texture. The Japanese-style steak set meal has a moderate portion size, is not overly salty, and the meat quality is good.
The store has ample space, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, making it suitable for group meals, but the flow is not very smooth, and the aisles are narrow.
No 10% service charge, unlimited drinks and ingredients available, a more unique service model, and quick serving speed.
20250412_At around 1:00 PM, the meal service was quick and the food temperature was acceptable as it seemed freshly made.
The miso soup, white rice, and ice cream are all-you-can-eat. There are toppings available for the miso soup that you can choose from, and for the ice cream, there are various jams and toppings you can add; however, the ice cream itself is somewhat watery and lacks a strong milk flavor.
For the meal, I ordered the Japanese-style steak set meal (NT$299). The portion of steak was acceptable, and the marinade wasn't too salty; the meat itself didn't have much tenderness to it. The side dish of chestnut sweet potato felt a bit sugary and the flavor wasn't very natural. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was standard. For the sukiyaki, you can add broth from the counter according to your preferred saltiness; the contents are similar to a typical hot pot, just with fewer hot pot ingredients.
The only downside I found was that the layout of the restaurant is not very smooth; the aisles are somewhat narrow, making it easy to bump into servers or other customers.
There is no service charge, and overall, I think the value for money is quite high, making it suitable for small families or gatherings with a few people.
Located in Xindian, Yulon City, on the B1 food street. The restaurant has quite a few seats.
This shop does not charge a 10% service fee.
Ice cream, white rice, and miso soup are available for unlimited enjoyment at no extra charge. As for the drinks, they are also unlimited, and it costs $49 per person.
This time we ordered the sukiyaki hot pot, with 120g of meat, so it was $299. Overall, the hot pot tasted very good; the beef, udon noodles, and the side dish of cabbage soaked in sauce were all delicious. The sukiyaki hot pot comes with four small side dishes, and besides the kelp strips being quite tasty, the other three—tofu, sweet potato, and kimchi—seemed very average.
For the miso soup, you can add as much kelp, green onions, and tofu as you like, depending on personal preference.
What makes this restaurant special is the ice cream, which is made from Hokkaido milk. There are some toppings available that you can add yourself. The milk ice cream itself is already very delicious, and it's also available for unlimited enjoyment without any extra charge.
