Pork rib fried rice NT$160. However, I didn't expect it to increase by 10 dollars now 🥹. The pork ribs are marinated beforehand, and the meat is very juicy and tender. But personally, I prefer a crispy texture for the outer layer! It lacks that soul of a crispy outer skin 🥹.

The fried rice itself was cooked perfectly, with each grain distinct and full of egg aroma. Don’t be fooled by the small size of the portion; there's a lot of rice, and I was really full after eating it 😂. They offer hot tea that you can get for yourself, which is very thoughtful. However… the tea that day tasted a bit astringent 🥲.

In fact, I not only ordered this for Chinese food, I also ordered a beef burrito. He might have been too busy and didn't notice it. I wanted to say eat it first and see if it works, and add more if it doesn't work.

After reading the reviews, someone recommended the braised pork rice. I have been hesitating whether to have the pork ribs and egg fried rice or the braised pork rice. In the end, I thought it would be better to try the braised pork rice first.

As soon as the rice came up, I knew I was wrong. The grains of rice are really distinct. This rice is absolutely top-notch for fried rice. It is moderately soft and hard. The braised pork rice is full of fat. I felt like I was eating it even before I ate it. My weight is increasing😅, it's too fat, I don't like it that much, but the taste is okay, it's not too salty, it's not bad.

The hand-picked portion is pretty good, quite solid, but the sauce is not as good as Din Tai Fung La or Xiao Le La on Baoqiao Road. It is relatively bland and the overall taste feels a bit weighed down by the sauce. I didn’t taste the spareribs and burritos. It's a bit of a pity.

About an hour after eating, my mouth felt dry. Personally, I think I should have added a lot of MSG, otherwise I wouldn’t have such a reaction. After lunch, it’s almost four o’clock... I’m still thirsty. 😰

Home-style fried pancakes cost 120 yuan. It is an item that is rarely seen in ordinary noodle restaurants. For example, the noodles of Mushu fried noodles are changed to scallion pancakes cut into strips. It is very special.
