The minimum order is one set meal per person.
Reservations open at 10 AM on the 25th of each month, and you must book to be able to eat.
The restaurant has very few seats, with only 10 available for each session.
Additionally, the daily hamburg steak is limited, so it’s very hard to secure a spot—it fills up quickly.

When making a reservation, you need to choose between beef and pork patties.
The set meal includes:
soup, white rice, grilled vegetables, onsen egg, and 2 pieces of hamburger steak.
The white rice is made from Hualien taro rice.
You place the onsen egg on top of the white rice and drizzle it with the restaurant's special sweet soy sauce; after mixing, it’s super delicious (highly recommend this way of eating).
The grilled vegetables are also very fresh and sweet.
Besides the grilled vegetables, you can request refills for everything else once.

The hamburger steak is as hard to snag as tickets for a concert.
This time, I ordered one beef and one pork hamburger patty.
When the dish is served, the staff will put the hamburger patties on a grill, which helps keep them warm, which is excellent! 👍🏻
No need to worry about them getting cold while you enjoy.
Each patty is thick and juicy, and when you cut into it, the juices flow out.
Personally, I think the beef patty is tastier than the pork patty.
The seared beef patty has an incredibly rich aroma, while the pork patty pairs well with the scallion oil sauce.
Eating it feels just like enjoying the filling of a soup dumpling. 🤣🤣🤣
Both types of hamburger patties are delicious.

Besides the main meal, we also order a rich-flavored pudding 🍮.
The caramel has a bit of a bittersweet taste.
Its texture is somewhat like baked pudding—very tender and delicious (highly recommend 👍🏻).
But the price is also a bit adult-like. 🤣🤣🤣

In summary:
This place is really hard to book.
I also took several months to finally secure a reservation.
But after tasting the hamburger steak, I felt that the flavor comforted the frustration of not being able to book before.
Now I understand why it’s so hard to get a reservation. 😏
If dining for two, I recommend ordering one of each flavor so you can enjoy both without it being overwhelming.
