Zhen Hotpot is located near the MRT exit of Houshanpi Station. Its predecessor was Qiandu Shabu Shabu, which has been operating at the original location for nearly 20 years.
It's a very standard way of changing skins after leaving the franchise.

What I enjoyed today was the plum blossom pork pot, plus some drunken chicken plate and spicy duck blood, the total cost was about 500 yuan.

Plum Pork Pot:
The dishes have a wide variety of contents, and the vegetables and fruits are of good quality.
The meat looks beautiful and tastes delicious.

Drunken Chicken Plate:
The wine aroma of Drunken Chicken is quite mellow, the chicken is very tender and elastic, and the cartilage part is also very delicious.

Spicy duck blood:
The price list on the wall said that this duck blood was a delicacy on earth, and it certainly tasted like it.
It has a very distinctive marinated flavor. The first taste is numb but not spicy, and the marinade is sweet and smooth. The second taste slowly increases the spiciness and gradually merges with the numb taste. It is very delicious, but the spiciness is not low.

As for the sauces, the store staff directly brings the sauce bar to the customers to assemble it by themselves. After the combination is completed, they put it away. Although it is troublesome, it is understandable for the store to keep the sauce bar clean.

Overall, it's a good Japanese shabu-shabu restaurant.
However, the store is a bit narrow and long, so it will be very troublesome if you don’t move in the right direction when picking up drinks.
