Taipei Nanjing Fuxing Station - A high-end bistro with an open-style modern kitchen, featuring stunning signature dishes. The name "Fei Ping" comes from the option to order red and white wines by the glass.

📍 Fried Steak Sandwich (5.5oz) NT$980

This dish features American sous-vide beef short rib fried to perfection, encased in a crispy pastry. The toast is made from milk bread and grilled to a crispy finish on a wire rack, paired with a rich Thousand Island dressing.
Biting into it, you’ll be amazed by the crispy beef exterior, followed by the tender sweetness of the meat, balanced beautifully by the rich and sweet Thousand Island dressing. It’s the perfect match!
There are four portions, great for sharing. This dish is an absolute must-try, though the price is on the higher side.

Featuring a potato mille-feuille as the main component, combined with a chive cream white sauce and Argentinian green sauce, topped with feta cheese and enhanced with duck fat.
The sauce overall is slightly tart, bringing out a hint of herbal freshness. The texture of the potato mille-feuille blends well with the rich aroma of the sauce and cheese. I really liked this dish!
I highly recommend ordering this; the price is reasonable, and it’s quite unique!

Packed with rich seafood, including scallops, peeled shrimp, soft salmon, and tarragon.
This dish lacks distinctiveness, and the overall flavor leans towards salty, possibly due to the salmon roe being saltier. It might be a bit greasy for two people but is great for sharing among several.
If you enjoy bold flavors and ample ingredients, give this dish a try!

I’m not a red wine expert, so I’ll refrain from further comments XD
However, the glass is a stemless wine glass, and I'm not sure why; it makes clinking glasses impossible!

📍 Fortune Cookie (Complimentary post-meal surprise)
At the end of the meal, the staff presents a fortune cookie with two slips of paper inside. As for what’s written, I won’t spoil it! I encourage everyone to visit for the experience, haha! The cookie is on the sweeter side but quite delicious!

🔹 This restaurant has good quality, and the atmosphere is suitable for gatherings and dates. It is conveniently located near the MRT station. The staff is professional and friendly—they even guide you to the restroom and see you off when you leave. The service is exceptional. The signature dishes are memorable and unique, making it highly recommended for dining!

近年越來越火熱的餐酒館,很多餐點比餐廳還要有水準,這間算是已經好幾年評價滿穩定的人氣店,臨時來5點半用餐到七點半才剛好有位子。 環境舒適明亮,位子滿多的,店員感覺都很專業,酒類非常多而且很多都可以單杯,還有不同容量的單杯,滿足各種不同需求,餐點也都很精緻好吃,份量都可以二-四人分食,很適合朋友聚餐小酌。

總共點了三道菜和一杯奶茶。整體最為驚艷的是栗子南瓜溫沙拉,份量不多但每一口都是讚嘆,青花菜和南瓜烤得恰到好處,配上清爽又帶點橙香的優格醬,作為前菜的角色非常適合。牛排堡出餐速度非常快,點完餐後十分鐘內就上桌。牛排本身是好吃的,但放在漢堡中發揮空間不大,稍微可惜。 炸雞比司吉一上桌就被份量嚇到,炸雞和臉差不多大又厚實,肉感鮮嫩不會柴,炸雞外皮是另外一個值得讚許的點,沒有油的濕感影響脆度,咬下去的瞬間彷彿回到了亞特蘭大,soul food is calling mama 比司吉最怕像在吃麵糰,但這裡的比司吉也非常優秀,外酥內柔層次分明,配上楓糖甜味剛剛好。 招牌奶茶半糖,甜度不能調整,但服務人員非常貼心的在餐後詢問這樣的甜度能不能接受,被放在心上的感覺很好! 最後每桌都會有一個自製辛運餅乾,除了幸運小籤詩以外帳單也放在裡面,希望籤裡報的明牌可以讓我們再來吃好幾次🥠

大家好,我是小青蛙🐸每天都在煩惱「今天要吃什麼?」 嚐鮮吃看看新開幕的<麻媽家>,就在永吉公園對面,亮橘色斗大的招牌非常顯眼!! ⭐️小鮮肉(乾拌/雙椒/主食選涼皮) 這碗150元,一般很少吃到”涼皮”這樣的餐點,吃起來有點像粄條但比粄條還要硬一點點,再搭配自選醬,我選的是雙椒醬,大約是小辣的程度,嗜辣者可以再調整辣度喔,花椒的香氣非常夠,再配上辣椒的辛辣感,吃起來是麻麻辣辣的味道,很開胃,非常適合夏天吃,這碗配料真的很多,有三種時蔬/麻辣鴨血/菇類/豬血糕/甜不辣/火鍋料(蝦球、魚卵卷、魚豆腐),整體份量多,很有飽足感~ ⭐️泡菜牛丼飯 這碗100元,份量多,這碗是牛五花配上韓式泡菜,牛五花不會柴,泡菜微酸辣,口味適中,不過白飯部分較濕軟,這部分比較不合我的口味(個人喜歡粒粒分明又QQ的飯)。 ⭐️麻辣鴨血 這碗30元,因為喜歡吃麻辣鴨血所以額外單點,份量給的很多,大約有7-8塊,滷得很入味,花椒+辣椒這兩個配在一起真的是又香又麻又辣,不過這家鴨血是偏硬的那種,如果可以再軟嫩一點就更讚了。 ⭐️檸檬冰粉/百香果冰粉 一杯30元,第一次吃冰粉,原來冰粉是透明色的,吃起來的口感跟愛玉很像,是咕溜咕溜的口感,配上檸檬汁或是百香果汁,很搭,整體是好喝的,不過甜度偏甜一些,大概介於手搖飲料店的5-7分糖左右的甜度。 ‼️結論: 如果人剛好在附近的話,是會回訪的唷!

Restaurant Waers is one of those menu restaurants who are not offering à la carte dishes.The restaurant itself is relative small giving it a personal and touch and atmosphere and a kind of open kitchen. You can choose between the 3 course menu or the tasting menu consisiting of four to seven courses. Everything is made using fresh products and herbs from their own garden. We had the three course menu where you have the choice between two different dishes each course. The menu starts with two amuse-gueules, each very nice prepared and 'hand-crafted', offering a very nice and tasteful entry into the evening. Followed by some home made bread from sourdough. Very delicious. The four of us had had the two different choices of each course covered and every single one was amazing. From the choice of components to the whole composition and the preparation, everything was on pointe and balanced. We had a great time and always felt welcome and being taken care of from the friendly staff. We will definately come back to try another season inspired menu.

An oasis from the craziness of Dihua Street. It's the weekend just before Chinese New Year and this place is packed with people buying snacks, candies, dried goods, which is all exciting and overwhelming, and having a place like this is just a perfect way to take a breather and enjoy a tea set. I really enjoyed the food, though I was a bit amused that I had to do the pour-over coffee myself. I guess it was relaxing to do though I wonder if my technique was lacking. Coffee turned out a little bitter but was still satisfying. Toddler ate a lot of food here too which is a great sign. Service was adequate, nothing special to write about here. I would probably come again in the future.
