On the menu, the osmanthus black tea beef noodle soup and the crispy scallion pancakes both performed well. The soup base of the beef noodle soup is different from the traditional one, and the beef is tender; the scallion pancakes are served hot, with no oily taste and a rich aroma of noodles.
The bistro has been transformed from a grain storehouse, with a vintage decor that creates a stylish atmosphere.
Location: Songshan District, Taipei City
A bistro near Nanjing Fuxing MRT Station
Converted from a grain storage facility,
the decor is very artsy with a great vibe.
The menu offers excellent value for money,
with very affordable prices for both food and drinks.
🌟 Osmanthus Oolong Tea Beef Noodle Soup
It has a ceremonial feel since you pour the soup yourself.
The tea base has a distinct flavor,
which is quite different from the rich-style beef noodles.
Personally, I really enjoy the refreshing style of beef noodles.
The beef is tender and easy to chew,
and it's quite delicious!
🌟 Crispy Scallion Pancakes
Because it was served at a high enough temperature,
there's no oily taste that I often worry about with scallion pancakes.
The noodle fragrance is also present,
and it's pretty good!
🌟 Tea-Based Alcoholic Beverages
Since I really enjoy drinking tea cocktails,
I had high expectations for this place.
And compared to other bistros in Taipei,
the prices are really cheap!
So I ordered two drinks to enjoy.
Both drinks performed quite well,
with a milder alcoholic flavor.
The overall food and drinks were quite impressive,
definitely a place I would want to revisit.
Plus, with the prices being relatively low,
it makes you want to have a few more drinks. 😆😆
I highly recommend it for tea cocktail lovers!
