I was recommended to go by a friend! It seems that the large intestine oyster vermicelli is their signature dish, but as someone who likes meat thick soup, I ordered the meat soup vermicelli and tofu.
I went there on a Sunday around 1 PM. At first, there was only one group of customers, but then many more came in until almost all the seats were filled!
The vermicelli had a lot of noodles and plenty of meat! The vermicelli tasted delicious with a savory flavor similar to bonito broth, which suits the Japanese palate! Since it was hot, eating it with the chilled tofu was just right!
The meat soup vermicelli only came in a large size, and I ended up feeling quite full! Other vermicelli dishes have smaller sizes, so if you order side dishes, you can probably be satisfied even with the smaller portions.
There are still many items on the menu, so I want to try a variety of things!
