The dishes received widespread praise, such as the mentaiko creamy seafood pasta, which is full of flavors and the noodles have a good texture; the pork katsu curry rice is served separately, the soup base is satisfying but the rice is a bit soft. The pet meals are also very appealing, especially the handmade pet cookies and cakes.
This is a pet-friendly restaurant with a comfortable environment where furry friends can relax freely. The two store dogs inside are adorable and charming, creating a harmonious overall atmosphere.
In terms of service, the restaurant's efforts and attention to the needs of pets are satisfying.
Kaohsiung has another pet-friendly restaurant! "Miss Brainwave's Kitchen" has opened its second location, which has the super cute name of Brainwave Lab. This place is really pet-friendly; not only can your furry friends be on the ground, but they can also sit on the chairs, and there are even private booths (just remember to keep them leashed).
As for the food, I absolutely love the mentaiko creamy fisherman noodles: bursting with seafood flavor, the noodles have a bit of firmness, and they soak up the creamy sauce perfectly, plus they’re generous with the clams.
The pork chop curry: it's the flavor I like, and serving the soup and rice separately is definitely a plus, though the rice was a bit soft, which is a small drawback.
The owner also makes pet treats and cakes, so the pet menu here looks impressive. Although I didn’t try it, my dog seemed to enjoy it a lot.
There are also two store dogs that take turns working, and today it’s a long-haired dachshund. With its short legs, it's both cute and well-behaved, completely melting my heart.
The environment is comfortable, the food is delicious, and pets can relax to their heart's content. It's definitely worth a revisit!
