Today I came to the Yuanshan iFG Food Court in Xizhi because I just happened to have enough points to exchange for a portion of egg waffles, which I got as an afternoon snack!
This egg waffle is slightly more expensive than the prices at street vendors, costing 89 NTD. However, they're made fresh on the spot, crispy and hot, and they taste quite good!
In summary: It’s okay to exchange points for it for free, but I wouldn’t recommend spending money to buy it, since the price is really high.
This time I visited a relatively obscure shop and ordered: sugarcane juice with half sugar, less ice, and as for the size, only a large cup is available.
I personally think half sugar is just right, the sweetness doesn’t overpower the sugarcane flavor. The sugarcane taste here is quite strong, but the tea flavor is very mild; you can hardly taste any tea. However, I prefer the sugarcane flavor, so it’s fine for me.
Overall, it's quite good and I would want to try it again.
