In terms of the meal, the quality of the sirloin steak did not meet expectations, and the stir-frying technique was slightly lacking, but there was improvement after changing chefs. Regarding dining, cabbage and bean sprouts can be refilled, but white rice needs to be ordered separately.
The dining times at the restaurant often require waiting in line, and there are many chairs outside for those waiting to use.
In terms of service, if you encounter skilled master chefs, the dining experience will be enhanced.
The first choice for teppanyaki in Taitung's Dapu is this restaurant where you have to queue during meal times. Basically, you will need to wait in line during meal times.
Like other chain Dapu restaurants, side dishes such as cabbage and bean sprouts can be refilled as much as you want, but rice needs to be ordered separately. Additionally, the soup and drink bar is all-you-can-drink.
For the meal, I ordered the sirloin steak, initially expecting to enjoy the fresh and sweet flavor typically found in teppanyaki. However, the quality of the meat wasn't very good, and the chef's cooking skills were quite lacking. So, the teppanyaki I had in the first half was a bit disappointing. However, after I switched to a different chef for the next dish, it improved a lot.
If you want to try teppanyaki, you can still come here for the experience, but the taste really depends on the chef.
