Their noodle soup and the portion of meat soup provided by the boss are extremely generous! It's basically a challenge to your hand stability and the surface tension of the bowl! The only downside is that the restaurant does not provide tissues, so I recommend bringing your own. Additionally, the nearby roads are not very wide, so really avoid illegal parking as the police do patrol the area!

I heard from my family that there is a long queue every time I pass by this Tong'an Street noodle soup restaurant, and I have to wait at least half an hour to get it. Its deliciousness is really famous far and wide, and the owner even posted a notice in the store that "this is the only one, no branches." Because there is also a restaurant in Yonghe and nearby Xiamen Street that serves almost the same noodle soup. According to the Internet, it is because of a family split. There are different branches, but this one on Tong'an Street is the most orthodox and original, so don't go wrong!
