This hot pot restaurant is run by a seafood restaurant, so the seafood is naturally fresh. There is a large area with live seafood tanks for customers to choose from freely. There is also a parking lot at the back, so don’t forget to grab your token when you check out.
I've eaten here several times already, and this time two of us dined and ordered the following dishes:
Deluxe 30oz Pyramid Meat Set $1250
Includes 15oz domestic pork, 10oz wet-aged snowflake beef, 5oz warm-aged flank steak
Broth: Signature stone broth, Japanese kelp
Seafood
Fresh tender sea bass fillets 4 pieces $45
Fat clams $49
The portion of meat in the set is quite generous, and the quality is good. The kelp broth performed normally; I thought the stone broth would be stir-fried first, but it tasted similar to the kelp broth. The seafood portion performed very well, with the clams being fat and tender. If you encounter any sand, you can let the waiter know to replace it.
The self-service bar has unlimited vegetables, drinks, ice cream, and desserts. There aren’t many varieties of dishes, but they are clean, and there are a few side dishes that are quite delicious.
Notably, there are six types of Hong Kong-style dim sum available every day, including Hong Kong-style lap Cheong radish cake, classic sesame balls, crispy taro cake, pearl balls, brown sugar mala cake, and spare ribs in black bean sauce. You can order using a QR code, and each dish is as good as the street-side Hong Kong cuisine; I personally found it very tasty.
Overall, the seafood performs excellently, the meat is decent, and the Hong Kong-style dim sum really adds to the experience!

It seems to be a pretty good hot pot restaurant in the area, with its own parking lot in a standalone building. In addition to hot pot, they also offer simple Japanese cuisine, and the seafood is fresh as it is served live on-site. We visited around 19:30 and it was still fully packed. Here’s a brief introduction to the dishes we had.
▪️Deluxe 30oz Pyramid Meat Set $1250
· Beef and Pork Feast: 15oz of domestic pork + 10oz of wet-aged snowflake beef + 5oz of warm-aged flank steak
· Broth choice: Signature stone broth, Japanese kombu
▪️Tender Sea Bass Fillets, 4 pieces $45
▪️Plump Clams $49
We ordered a set for two, and there was indeed a lot of meat. The meat quality was quite good, the kombu broth was normal, but the stone pot taste was similar to the kombu. The overall seafood was delicious! If you find any sand, you can inform the staff to replace it (we didn’t encounter this problem).
The self-serve bar has unlimited vegetables, drinks, ice cream, and desserts. There weren't many types of vegetables available, but there were other items, making it pretty standard. Some small appetizers (like dried tofu and radishes) were quite tasty.
▪️Daily selection of six types of Hong Kong dim sum available all-you-can-eat
· Hong Kong-style cured radish cake · Classic sesame balls
· Crispy taro cakes · Pearl balls
· Brown sugar sponge cake · Black bean sauce spare ribs
I found the dim sum especially interesting, where you can order using a QR code. I didn’t have high expectations at first, but aside from the brown sugar cake, which I found decent, the rest were surprisingly delicious! They were definitely on par with dedicated shops.
Overall, aside from the impressive seafood, the meat was decent, and the additional dim sum was truly excellent! I recommend everyone come and save some appetite to try it out. There are also frozen products from their brand available for purchase at the entrance, which I found pretty cool, and the prices seemed reasonable upon a quick glance.
