This hot pot restaurant is run by a seafood restaurant, so the seafood is naturally fresh. There is a large area with live seafood tanks for customers to choose from freely. There is also a parking lot at the back, so don’t forget to grab your token when you check out.
I've eaten here several times already, and this time two of us dined and ordered the following dishes:
Deluxe 30oz Pyramid Meat Set $1250
Includes 15oz domestic pork, 10oz wet-aged snowflake beef, 5oz warm-aged flank steak
Broth: Signature stone broth, Japanese kelp
Seafood
Fresh tender sea bass fillets 4 pieces $45
Fat clams $49
The portion of meat in the set is quite generous, and the quality is good. The kelp broth performed normally; I thought the stone broth would be stir-fried first, but it tasted similar to the kelp broth. The seafood portion performed very well, with the clams being fat and tender. If you encounter any sand, you can let the waiter know to replace it.
The self-service bar has unlimited vegetables, drinks, ice cream, and desserts. There aren’t many varieties of dishes, but they are clean, and there are a few side dishes that are quite delicious.
Notably, there are six types of Hong Kong-style dim sum available every day, including Hong Kong-style lap Cheong radish cake, classic sesame balls, crispy taro cake, pearl balls, brown sugar mala cake, and spare ribs in black bean sauce. You can order using a QR code, and each dish is as good as the street-side Hong Kong cuisine; I personally found it very tasty.
Overall, the seafood performs excellently, the meat is decent, and the Hong Kong-style dim sum really adds to the experience!
