The ice cream and chocolate here are very popular, especially the Guanarala heart and dark chocolate flavors, which have a rich texture and aren't too sweet. They taste even better when paired with a cookie container. The pistachio and matcha flavors are also very rich, making you want to visit again.
The interior environment is simple and bright, and the pure white decor is perfect for taking photos. Additionally, there is good customer flow management in the chocolate area, creating a comfortable experience.
The service staff is well-trained, movements are quick, and the waiting time in line is reasonable, allowing customers to quickly enjoy delicious ice cream and chocolate.

Chocolate Workshop has two stores, one specializing in chocolate and the other selling gelato. This time, I mainly came for the gelato. I had seen it during a previous visit and it looked delicious, so I decided to try it while I was nearby buying toast.
▪️Three-scoop cone $180
· Assam milk tea flavor
· Guana la heart 80% Valrhona P125 chocolate
· Sicilian pistachio
I chose the tea flavors I wanted to try; the milk tea flavor was just right and super smooth. The Chocolate Workshop should be tried for their chocolate; the 80% is truly rich and very delicious. It was my first time seriously eating pistachio ice cream (there have been a lot of pistachio products lately), and theirs is so rich! It really feels like you're eating the pistachio itself. I think this combination is great—I loved it! The cone is specially made and very fragrant, which pairs wonderfully with the ice cream.
▪️Two-scoop cone $140
· Dark chocolate
· Matcha
This was my friend's choice; the chocolate tasted different from mine but was also very good! The matcha was also seriously rich.
Overall, I really liked this place’s ice cream! Halfway through, I kept wondering if I should buy a second one... but being unwell, I didn't dare eat more🥲. I will definitely want to return specifically for their ice cream next time! Also, I’m really eager to try the mango, black sesame, and roasted tea flavors… I hope to have time to visit again🍦.
Dining Time: 2024/12/14
On a cold day, you still have to eat ice cream!
I arrived a bit late this time, around 8 o'clock.
There were only 4 flavors left on site.
Thanks to the staff for letting me check if the flavors I wanted were available before I made my purchase.
This time I chose two flavors, which are:
⭐️ Guava Heart
⭐️ Dark Chocolate
Both are chocolate flavors, but still a bit different.
They have a creamy texture and aren't too sweet.
I also chose a cookie as my container.
It's thick enough, so I didn't have to worry about it getting too soft and messy halfway through.
In conclusion,
If you ever visit Puli, you definitely have to try this delicious Italian ice cream!

Located in the beautiful town of Puli, Nantou, the simple and bright pure white shop is really easy to photograph! The chocolate buying area next to it has a limited number of people. This time I tasted his ice cream and bought a box of chocolates as a souvenir. The price is really not cheap. Two balls of ice cream and cookies cost 120 yuan, and the chocolate cost 500 yuan. I bought 85% rich raw chocolate for 20 yuan. , the chocolate in this store is really great, whether it is the heart of Guanara in the ice cream or the raw chocolate, it tastes very soft and smooth, with a heavy bitter taste and a hint of wine, and is very rich in layers. Highly recommended!
When you come to Nantou to play near Sun Moon Lake during the holidays, the most must-eat nearby is of course the 18°C Chocolate Workshop. In addition to the classic raw chocolate and raw toast, of course you have to have a bowl of Italian ice cream in this hot summer. La!
You will order it first at the counter, which is divided into cups and cones. The price ranges from 100 for a two-ball cup to 160 for a three-ball cone. It is not cheap, but it is really delicious!
The flavors I tasted today include Heart of Guanara, a mellow chocolate that melts in your mouth and is very rich! Ma Gao Salt Flower is also highly recommended. Friends who have tried it all love this one the most! In addition, the Assam milk tea flavor can also be ordered to match. The strong Assam black tea aroma can offset the sweetness of other flavors and make the whole dish more layered!
It was also full of people, and the store staff were well trained and moved quickly, so it took about 15 minutes to wait in line to get the ice cream. I highly recommend it to friends who are nearby to try it!
