The dishes are diverse and creative. The truffle shrimp dumplings and golden thread shrimp are outstanding in flavor. The seafood steamed egg and rice are also impressive, with strong seasoning that isn't overwhelming. The fried radish cake and scallion oil chicken are quite nice in texture, although the noodles are on the softer side.
The restaurant environment is suitable for taking photos and checking in. The dim sum is made to order and served hot, giving a sense of freshness.
Using QR code to order food is efficient, and the snacks may take a bit of time but are worth the wait.
This was my first time at "DimDimSum Taiwan - Xinzhuang Honghui Store." I ordered with a QR code, and the dim sum is made fresh to order, so there’s a bit of a wait.

Crab Meat Seafood Rice $328
The appearance already wins half the battle; the pig-shaped pot lid is super eye-catching. Once opened, the aroma of crab roe wafts up, and inside there are shrimp, scallops, and shredded crab. The rice is moist and well-mixed, savory but not greasy, with a sprinkle of rice crust for added texture. Eating it hot is really nice.
Seafood Egg Custard $128
This steamed egg dish is incredibly smooth, with plenty of broth. It contains shrimp and shredded crab, and it's one of the lighter and more refreshing dishes on the table, making it comfortable to eat.
Scallion Oil Chicken Chop with Rice $218
The chicken thigh is pan-fried to a nice aroma, with a crispy skin and tender meat. The rice mixed with the scallion oil sauce is savory and smooth, and there is also blanched greens underneath. Overall, I felt very full after finishing it, although the sauce was a bit salty — it's definitely a dish you can order again.
Crispy Golden Hair Shrimp $158
The outer layer is wrapped in golden threads and deep-fried, providing a nice crunch. It tastes great when hot, but it becomes a bit oily when cold — still acceptable. This is a visually appealing dish as well.
Crystal Truffle Shrimp Dumpling Combo $168
Two types of crystal dumplings: one with shrimp and the other with truffle flavor. The skin is thin and translucent, and the shrimp filling is plump. The truffle variant has a stronger taste overall; it's delicious but not particularly impressive.
Crispy Radish Cake $128
The exterior is pan-fried until crispy, and you can taste the radish chunks inside. It has a traditional Hong Kong flavor, performing quite reasonably.
Fresh Scallop and Mushroom Chicken Soup $168
The soup is clear and flavorful, with tender chicken. The flavors of the mushrooms and scallops shine through, and it's not oily — quite fresh. This dish is great for warming up the stomach midway through the meal.
Blanched Seasonal Vegetables (Oyster Choy) $98
The greens are perfectly blanched and not overcooked. Topped with a little crispy scallion oil, the seasoning is simple but refreshing and tasty, making it a good choice for adding vegetables to your meal.

Overall, the dim sum came out piping hot, and you could tell it was made fresh. Several dishes performed well; the golden hair shrimp, rice, and chicken chop with rice are memorable. Although the prices are a bit high, an occasional treat is acceptable. If you're looking to take some pictures, this place is also quite nice!
