🔹 Truffle Shrimp Dumpling Duo $168

  • The truffle flavor is surprisingly prominent; the aroma of truffle is immediately felt upon tasting, quite rich. Those who are not keen on truffles may skip it, but truffle lovers will be pleasantly surprised! The shrimp dumplings are full of filling, with a thin and chewy skin; overall quite good, although the three pieces have slight breaks at the bottom.

🔸 Golden Thread Shrimp $158

  • The outer layer is fried to a crispy texture, and eaten with shredded lettuce, it’s not oily. It contains whole shrimp, providing a rich texture, and visually appealing—it's the kind of dish that you would want to take a photo of when served.

🔹 Pan-Seared Radish Cake $128

  • The outer layer is slightly crispy with a hint of pan-fried aroma, and you can really taste the radish chunks inside. It comes with two dipping sauces, but it is flavorful enough on its own; I order it every time I visit.

🔸 Blanched Seasonal Vegetables (Oyster Leaf Cabbage) $98

  • A very simple dish, but the vegetables retain their crispness, refreshing and breaks the heaviness, with enough flavor. Adding fried shallots enhances the taste even more.

🔹 Fresh Scallop, Mushroom, and Chicken Soup $168

  • The soup base is rich but not oily; the chicken is tender and not dry. The small scallops are somewhat surprising, quite fresh, and the broth is smooth and easy to drink, perfect for warming the stomach in cooler weather.

🔸 Crab Meat and Seafood Rice $328

  • A new item that has been out for a while, the rice is on the wetter side, unlike the dry, fragrant fried rice. It includes shrimp, eggs, and shredded mushrooms, which are decent. Once served, rice grains are sprinkled on top, providing a stronger flavor with a hint of freshness, suitable for those who like bold flavors; great for sharing among several people.

🔹 Seafood Fluffy Steamed Egg $128

  • The steamed egg is smooth, and the seafood is fresh with no fishy taste; overall performance is quite good. However, the seasoning leans a bit salty, and it may be a little overwhelming on its own, so it’s recommended to eat it with white rice or refreshing vegetables.

🔸 Scallion Oil Chicken Chop with Noodles $218

  • The chicken is quite fragrant when fried; the outer skin is crispy but not hard, and the meat is tender without being dry, although a bit oily. The noodles soaked up the sauce and have plenty of flavor without being overly salty, but they could be a bit too soft.
