We have been to this restaurant before, and this time we specifically returned because we know how special the dishes here are. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the warm welcome from all the staff; their service is truly attentive, noticing all your actions and reactions and knowing exactly when to come to your table to assist you. The menu and introduction are also very detailed!

Regarding the dishes, I personally feel that you can't go wrong no matter what you order.

However, their menu is divided into two options: you can choose fine dining or a la carte when you make a reservation! Since it was lunchtime, I was worried about having already hunted at another restaurant in the morning, so I decided to go for the a la carte option this time. I think each has its pros and cons. If you’re trying it for the first time, I recommend trying their tasting menu because you can experience a little bit of everything, discovering your favorite ingredients and flavors, which will help you order more accurately next time!

All the flavors of the dishes here are truly unique, and I personally highly recommend ❤️CUY. This dish is a specialty of the local Peruvians. If you go to smaller places, you might see a whole guinea pig on the table, which might be a bit intimidating to eat. However, when you enjoy it here, you'll get a dish that looks like the one in the picture—visually very enjoyable and surprisingly delicious. It's absolutely a great choice, and you won't feel it's something strange; you'll only think it's a well-seasoned piece of meat!

Basically, I highly recommend all the dishes. The local cuisine here uses a lot of sour, aromatic, and spicy flavors 🌶️ to create a very harmonious taste. They also make sure the colors are very vibrant. Dining here, I feel it's not just about the amazing flavors; you can truly experience their care and creativity regarding ingredients and dishes!
