雖然壽司的價格相對便宜,但食物的美味程度未達預期,魚肉口感不夠新鮮,讓人感到失望。部分食材如鮭魚卵和玉子燒尚可,但整體表現普通。
餐廳位於機場,氛圍簡單,主要滿足快速用餐的需求,環境較為平凡。
服務上雖然效率不錯,但因為是機場餐廳,服務人員的互動感較少,並未特別突出。
Although I wasn't hungry when I arrived at Haneda Airport for a connecting flight, it was rare to eat authentic Japanese food, so I still ate it because I was hungry. I originally thought that the food at the airport would be more expensive, but it might be because of the depreciation of the yen, so it tasted boring, and it might even be cheaper than in Taiwan.
But here’s the thing, I don’t think the food is as delicious as it should be. The fish or ingredients used in sushi are all sliced and chopped in advance. Although the meal can be picked up quickly, the taste is not fresh, which makes me feel disappointed. It is more like an approach taken to meet the needs of a large number of international travelers. This may also be the reason why its price is relatively cheap.
If you have enough time to transfer, it is recommended to leave the country and go to a local restaurant to eat!
