The chicken salt ramen features a clear golden broth that is slightly salty but not overwhelming. The chicken chashu is of moderate thickness, paired with a golden soft-boiled egg and sliced green onions, along with a touch of yuzu peel for added fragrance.
A 24-hour chain ramen shop in the airport offers late-night options for travelers on red-eye flights. Although it is not particularly delicious, it is one of the few dining choices available in the airport during late hours.
🍜 Even the red-eye flight can have ramen to warm the stomach! A 24-hour restaurant inside Haneda Airport!
On this day, I took a red-eye flight and slept at the airport. I was kept awake in the middle of the night by someone snoring, and I discovered that there was actually a 24-hour ramen shop still open, so I went to get a late-night snack 😂
This place is a chain ramen restaurant. Although I hadn't eaten there before, the quality should still be guaranteed to some extent.
I ordered the chicken salt ramen which had a big sign outside. It came with three slices of chicken chashu that weren't too thin, and a golden half-boiled egg! The broth was clear and golden, quite salty but not overwhelmingly so. It was delicious when paired with the chopped green onions! There was also some yuzu peel, which was nice to eat when it got a bit heavy, as the refreshing citrus flavor was very pleasant!
Overall, while it's not an exceptionally must-try place, it’s the best option at the airport after around 8 PM when most restaurants are closed. Only Yoshinoya, cafes, and convenience stores remain open. There is also a higher-priced sushi restaurant, but compared to that, this ramen shop is the best choice.
It's located on the 4th floor of Terminal 3 at the airport, and I recommend it to those who need to spend the night at Haneda Airport and have dining needs!
