After today's event, I came to eat at this letter series gastrobar with my colleagues.
We arrived at "F," which is on the second floor again.
This series is always located on the second floor.
I always think it's a bit dangerous for drunk people to go down the stairs like this! 🤣🤣🤣

🌟 Crispy Fried Stinky Tofu Meat Roll
An incredibly creative dish!
It’s somewhat like a spring roll filled with stinky tofu.
It also comes with the Taiwanese pickles that should accompany stinky tofu.
However, the fried part was a bit hard.
For me, it wasn’t something I got used to. 🤣

🌟 Pan-Seared Beef Flank with Spicy Tomato Pasta
Super delicious, with a mild heat level.
It’s within an acceptable range.
The seasoning is really good!
The hardness of the noodles is just right.
Very tasty! 😋

🌟 Pan-Seared Scallop and Fresh Shrimp Risotto
The scallops are very fragrant when pan-seared.
Paired with fresh shrimp risotto, it's delicious.
The fresh shrimp are also pre-processed,
So there’s no hassle in peeling them.
I think it’s great! 👌

🌟 Garlic and Salt Crispy Squid
This is also a memorable and tasty dish.
The salted egg sauce paired with garlic is very rich.
The squid is cut into very appropriate sizes,
One bite is just perfect.

🌟 Drinks
All the cocktails ordered were very delicious.
You can ask the staff for recommendations while ordering,
And they can suggest drinks that you’ll enjoy.

Overall, I completely understand this series.
It can survive in the dining battleground of Taipei.
Both the food and drinks are very delicious.
I highly recommend it to everyone!
