Molly's Korean Cuisine, located in Taitung, is a go-to place for many when they crave Korean dishes. This time, I ordered two main dishes: Beef Bibimbap and Pork Tofu Stew.

When the Bibimbap was served, it had a variety of ingredients, including beef, bean sprouts, carrots, greens, and a fried egg, making for a colorful presentation. Once mixed, the aroma was prominent, and the flavor leaned towards a more mainstream Korean seasoning—not too salty or spicy, appealing to a wide range of palates. Unfortunately, the crispy rice at the bottom wasn’t very noticeable—perhaps due to a milder heat, which left out that satisfying crunch and char. However, overall, the dish was quite palatable, and the portion was sufficient.

The pork tofu stew had a refreshing Korean-style broth. It wasn't the intensely spicy type but had a mild spiciness and sweetness, making it a gentle base. The portions of pork and tender tofu in the pot were just right, and the broth was light and refreshing, pairing perfectly with plain rice.

As for the side dishes, they were fairly standard, with not many options but decent flavors that added some variety to the main courses.

Overall, Molly's Korean Cuisine leans towards refreshing, mild, and easy-to-eat dishes, making it one of my choices for Korean cuisine in Taitung.
