The yellowtail and orange carpaccio🐟🍊 was fatty and refreshing with the orange. The shirasu and broccoli anchovy marinade🥦 had a nice texture with ample shirasu on the broccoli, which was delicious🥦. The carrot rapé🥕 was light and tasty🥕. The pickled purple cabbage🟣 was also good.
I ordered tacos🌮 for 600 yen each x 3. They provided gloves🧤. I topped them with a tangy sauce called Cholula and vegetables, and squeezed lime on them🍋🟩. I avoided the jalapeños as they looked spicy💦. The tacos were topped with tomatoes and oranges🍅🍊. The Suavero🐮 featured domestically produced black-haired wagyu seasoned with herbs and peppers, which was flavorful, rich, and juicy🐮. The Carnitas🐷 was pork shoulder cooked with citrus like orange, which tasted light and delicious🐷🍊. The Pescado🐟 was fish mixed with chimichurri sauce originating from Argentina, and the sauce had a great flavor🐟. Everything was distinctively tasty, with the vegetables crispy, and the Cholula sauce adding a spicy kick🔥.
The grilled shrimp cream pasta🦐 was ¥1,528 (tax included ¥1,680). It came with three large, almost raw grilled head-on shrimp🦐 and three fully cooked large shrimp🦐, making it very luxurious🥰. The sauce instantly gave a strong shrimp flavor that was rich and incredibly delicious🦐. The thin pasta was al dente and also tasty🍝. The head-on shrimp was sweet, rich, and absolutely delicious🦐. I thoroughly mixed in the shrimp miso for an even richer taste🦐. The cooked shrimp were plump and yummy🦐. The plentiful shimeji mushrooms also added to the dish's deliciousness🍄🟫. This is a must-try menu for shrimp lovers🦐.
Considering the location and other factors, it was quite reasonable and delicious!!
