Located in the alley of Shuanglian Market, this traditional breakfast shop opens at 4 AM but also closes quite early, at 10:30 AM. The shop has air conditioning and fans, making it quite comfortable to dine in, unlike many traditional breakfast places that are reluctant to turn on the air conditioning.

I ordered the preserved vegetable egg pancake for $45, and I found the flavor to be quite good. The preserved vegetables were fresh and crunchy, and the dipping sauce complemented the pancake well. I was surprised by the generous portion; one pancake was quite filling.

The milk tea doesn't come in medium or large sizes; this size is considered large compared to those outside, and you can't adjust the sweetness. It seems that they only offer iced milk tea (the menu didn't specify, and I didn't ask), which is on the less sweet side. A cup costs $20, which is quite cheap.

I arrived too late for lunch today, so the steamed bun items were already sold out. I'll have to come back next time to try them.
