All the dishes are delicious, especially the TWO DOWN chicken thighs, which are flavorful and juicy. The grilled gyoza has a crispy skin and is rich in ginger flavor. The soup gyoza comes with a delicious broth infused with sesame oil, and the chewy skin combined with the juicy clams is exquisite.
There are counter and table seats, creating a comfortable atmosphere. It is a popular restaurant that gets fully booked even on weekday nights.
There was no specific description of the service, but based on the deliciousness and popularity of the dishes, it feels like good service is being provided.

For the TWO DOWN 🐔:
The chicken thigh was seared on the outside and cooked in a small pot with butter, finished with a squeeze of lemon 🐔🧈🍋. The skin was crispy and aromatic while the meat was rare and juicy—absolutely delicious! The balance of butter, spices, and lemon came together beautifully 🐔🧈🍋.
For the Fried Gyoza 🥟:
They were cooked to a crispy perfection 🥟. The skin was chewy, and the filling was juicy 🥟. There was plenty of ginger, adding a great flavor, and it was delicious both on its own and with vinegar 🥟.
For the Soup Gyoza with Egg Soup 🥟🥣🥚:
It had plenty of soup with:
Gyoza 🥟
Egg 🥚
Clams 🐚
Thinly sliced Mochi
The sesame oil was well seasoned, making the soup incredibly tasty 🥣. The gyoza had a chewy and bouncy skin with a hearty filling 🥟. The egg was fluffy and delicious 🥚, the mochi was chewy, and the clams were juicy and tasty 🦪. It was so delicious that I ate two bowls 🥰.
For the Grilled Chicken:
Seseri 🐔:
It was juicy, tender, and tasty 🐔. It was delicious on its own, and even better when squeezed with lemon 🍋.
Bonjiri 🐔:
It contained cartilage, resembling the tail 🐔. It was crunchy and juicy, and paired perfectly with lemon 🍋.
Sasami 🐔:
The surface was grilled, and the inside was rare and tender, absolutely delicious 🐔. It was good on its own, but even better with lemon or yuzu pepper 🍋🔥.
Tsunagi 🐔:
This was grilled with sauce 🔥. It seemed to be a part between the heart and liver 🩷. It was plump and chewy, complementing the rich sauce well 🐔.
Every dish was delicious, and I definitely want to go back 😆!
Even on a weekday night, it was full, so I recommend making a reservation!!
