On a cold day, come for a bowl of hot beef soup 🍲🐂

The location is in a small alley in Neihu, and there are many street food stalls nearby.

The dining environment is very simple, with not many seats, and later on, there are customers needing to combine tables.

It seems there is no menu; as soon as you enter, a staff member kindly asks what you would like to eat and introduces the differences between two dishes.

🐂 Clear Beef Offal Noodles with Wide Noodles ($160):
The clear broth is paired with beef offal, which doesn't have as many weird parts as one might imagine 🤪
It tastes like beef with tendons, giving it a nice texture.

The broth has a very sweet and delicious flavor when first tasted, with some cilantro floating on top. However, as someone who loves cilantro, I don't really taste the cilantro flavor.

Towards the end, the soup seems to lose flavor and becomes a bit greasy, requiring some seasoning to change its taste.

🐮 Braised Beef Noodles with Thin Noodles ($160):
This noodle dish uses thin noodles, and the braised beef is the standard beef you find in regular beef noodles.

The broth has a herbal flavor, which I personally dislike.

台北內湖在地 30 年的牛肉麵老店,清燉的湯頭不油膩,清爽鮮甜有著獨特的風味,還可免費續湯! 📍清燉牛雜麵 NT$160 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 我之前有吃過這間的紅燒牛肉麵(也很不錯),這次想嘗試看看沒吃過的清燉牛雜,沒想到驚為天人。牛雜的料沒有內臟,是以半筋半肉的小片肉,軟嫩鮮甜。湯頭喝起來很清爽,內有香菜葉碎末提味。附上特有的沾醬,帶點甜辣微酸。麵量也很多,吃完一整碗可以很飽! 📍紅燒燉蘿蔔 NT$20 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑 以一份小菜這樣算便宜。整體我是覺得偏鹹,是用紅燒牛肉湯底下去滷的,帶有淡淡的番茄與牛肉香氣。點這一份搭配清燉的牛雜湯,會整個很平衡。(如果是紅燒的牛肉麵,搭配這份就會過鹹很膩口) ▶️ 環境 🔹內用環境分成兩區,有冷氣房的有 4~5 張桌子,冷氣很涼,夏天吃也不會熱。另一區那邊就沒冷氣。 🔹餐具在每個桌上。有分成免洗筷跟鐵筷。 🔹醬料也是在桌上,有辣椒醬、酸菜、胡椒粉、醋那些 ▶️ 貼心提醒 🔹 不用寫菜單直接點 🔹 麵可以選細或是寬的 🔹 可以續湯,端碗給老闆就可以 🔹 餐後結帳,只收現金
 ▶️ 整體評價 🔹 老闆很親切,點麵時會問要細還粗。送餐時會親切告知湯不夠可以再加。 🔹 麵份量很多,我吃完真的滿飽的,無法再去續湯 XD 🔹 牛肉清燉跟紅燒都各有特色,我都很推薦!如果想清淡可以點清燉,湯頭真的很鮮甜,也不會太鹹,但不吃香菜的要注意。 🔹 酸菜是他們自己做的,不會太鹹也不會太酸!加入會讓湯頭增添另一個層次!

This place is a brightly lit shop we passed by often and finally decided to give it a try. It's not the best beef noodle soup but it's pretty decent, the beef is tender and soup base is satisfying. The noodles were a bit grainy but still okay. They have free drinks: soybean milk (sweetened) and black tea (sweetened) which are okay as well. It's a fairly popular place: when we left there were many waiting to be seated. In general we left satisfied.

用餐空間餐廳支援多種支付方式,付款非常方便。 店內提供免費紅茶喝到飽,午餐時間客人較多。 紅茶的甜度剛剛好,不像一般市售的紅茶那麼甜,十分解渴。 店內還販售多樣的小菜,並提供醬料和酸菜供客人自助取用。 餐點 紅燒牛肉麵 紅燒牛肉麵的湯頭非常棒,味道濃郁但不會過於油膩,讓人感到十分爽口。 麵條屬於台式拉麵,口感較為耐嚼,麵體也較粗,這種麵條特別受到人們的喜愛,我個人也非常喜歡。 許多牛肉麵店都使用這種台式拉麵。 牛肉部分也很不錯,軟嫩可口,並且不是使用常見的牛腱心,口感更為豐富,肉味也較重。 整體來說,這碗紅燒牛肉麵無論是湯頭還是麵條、牛肉,都讓人不錯,價格在低一點會更好。

IG上有名的預約制私廚牛肉麵非常難訂,朋友相約並負責訂位,一等等了三個月! 這樣的營運模式⋯期待值真的拉滿 沒想到真的是完完全全的私人公寓二樓,在人家家餐廳吃飯,有貓、也有家人同住,一張長方形餐桌座位剛好坐6人。 等待老楊上菜的過程,欣賞著老闆家的裝潢擺設佈置,滿滿的藏書、唱片、香氛,放著輕鬆的爵士樂,瀰漫牛肉湯的味道飄出來⋯感覺得到老闆是個有品味、有堅持的中年男人⋯應該吧? 牛肉麵是很清澈的大骨清燉湯頭,牛肉應該是牛肋條吧早就被燉到舌頭一碰就要化開,有蔥花跟生蒜片增加一些香味,很暖很爽沒啥負擔,就這樣埋頭吃光喝光,麵條偏軟Q(若能提供更多麵條選項應該更好,我個人感覺超適合配一點嚼勁的扁麵) 值得一提是兩個有限的小菜,帶點胡麻香的韓式泡菜,帶點花椒油香的高麗菜絲,都讓人覺得蠻精緻用心的~ 獨特氣氛&稀有性帶來的心情舒服感+用心製作又美味的餐點,會期待回訪,也會推薦好友! 有時候店家哀居有零星的座位釋出,可以追蹤起來碰碰運氣!
